This is a festival that bears its name well! The GRAND Festival is held every 2 years, in the streets of the city, on the quays of London and at the Pré-L'Évêque leisure centre. Artists of the new generation, coming from multiple disciplinary and geographical backgrounds: France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain.
