Read moreThe Confrérie de la Truffe en Lorraine was founded in 1996. Its main role is to promote and recognize the region's truffles (Tuber uncinatum and mesentericum). The Grand Master of the Confrérie is Jacky Haim. Cooking classes and themed weekends are organized from October to March, as well as exhibitions. For gourmets, there's an on-site store offering a whole range of regional products, including foie gras, fresh or jarred truffles and much more.
