The eyes stray from all sides on the displays to search for the origin of this enchanting charm: It is at the bottom of the shop, right in front of you, that you will discover the artisanal manufacture of the famous cake: peeling, dressing, cooking and packaging will not have any secrets for you. You won't be able to resist enjoying a fresh one! Since 1951, Commercy's authentic royal Madeleine butter has seen its tradition perpetuated. In the Zins family, care is taken to maintain the craftsmanship of the magdalen and we have been pastissier for three generations. Developed from local products and guarantees without preservatives, they are available in various formats and also in multiple flavors: with orange nuggets, raspberries, waxed with mirabelles in alcohol of the… mirabelle or still tapped with large sugar. New developments: Madeleins with pistachios, skewers of mini madeleins, custom boxes… The store offers home-made specialties as well as the whole universe around the Madeleine and the vast relaxation area allows you to taste the famous golden sweetness with a drink.
