A pavilion containing numerous testimonies to the dark days of Grenade-sur-l'Adour.
Grenade-sur-l'Adour became a martyrdom town on June 13, 1944, when maquisards intercepted a German convoy, leading to reprisals. The population, gathered in the public square, under the threat of machine guns, had to watch the burning of the main buildings of the town. Fifty people were taken hostage and many of them were deported. The Pavilion of the Resistance and Deportation gathers the numerous testimonies of this dark period.
