At La Linotte des Bois, located in Villers just next to an alley of the same name, the chef offers you an original and colourful cuisine in a wooded setting, both traditional and nicely revisited. On the menu, which changes regularly, you will find, for example, goat's cheese puff pastry with pesto sauce, Breton puck with parmesan cheese and diced fresh tomatoes and avocado, grilled ham with honey sauce, or cod fillet with its virgin sauce. The service is smiling and attentive. The wines are well recommended and go perfectly with the dishes. The plates are generous and yet, you won't be able to resist taking a dessert by reading their titles on the menu. Lemon pie revisited, roasted pineapple or chocolate mousse and tonka bean accompanied by its vanilla whipped cream. Real delights that will bring the meal to a fitting close. A refined cuisine with seasonal and local products where new recipes are developed every day. Please note: the establishment also has a catering service and can cater for groups to celebrate any type of event.
