Hotel in the heart of the Old City with comfortable rooms and junior suites and pets allowed

In the heart of the Old Town, the Hôtel de Guise is a former stately home, built in 1752 by the Marquis de Jouffroy and the Countess de Bressey, who was known as a favourite at the court of King Stanislas. Many elements of the Louis XIII period can be found here. The hotel has an interior courtyard. We like its monumental marble staircase and its wrought iron banister inspired by Jean Lamour. The rooms and junior suites offer all the necessary comfort and refinement. A little extra: pets are accepted!

La chambre standard est vraiment standard ! La sdb est minuscule et mal agencée avec peu d'éclairage. Le petit déjeuner manque de diversité. Le pain n’est vraiment pas bon et le croissant trop gras. Le service à table n’est pas pertinent. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible.

We really liked our stay at this hotel, which is only a short walk away from the main points of interest in Nancy. This is quite an old building, with lots of old stone inside (both on the walls and on the ground). The hotel does not offer parking spots, but there are lots of places close by. The friendly staff allowed us to lock bikes away in the inner courtyard. The rooms were pleasant and we enjoyed the firm mattress. We did not try breakfast, as we wanted to have breakfast in one of the many cafés.

Je suis arrivé à 20h30 la chambre c'était un frigo pas de chauffage, travaux dans la douche pas nettoyée, c'est la deuxième fois que je vais dans cet hôtel, et j'ai été très déçu cette dernière fois.
