At the helm of this not-to-be-missed address are Sophie and Hugo, a couple of chefs with a passion for gastronomy. After 11 years behind the stoves of renowned Parisian establishments, and traveling through more than 15 countries, they now offer creative cuisine that respects the cycle of the seasons, and favors local producers. On the menu: butternut stewed on a bed of hay, low-temperature duck breast and daikon radish confit à la japonaise, poached with star anise and vanilla. The mysterious "carte blanche" menu is our favorite.
