Wraps, txistorra and Ossau-Iraty pintxos, beef burritos, mini-fougasse... Expect a parade of tapas (to order). The same goes for the main courses: beef rib à la cheminée, Landes poultry, Chalosse duck breast, sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, chipirons à la basquaise... Don't forget to book!
