HOUSE OF ORALITY AND HERITAGE

The Maison de l'dominates et du patrimoine also known as MOP is a regional centre of hospitality with the mission of welcoming storytellers in residence, echoing the Festival of Capbreton's Tale, which takes place every year in early August, an indispensable one for who likes words and legends.

Role of this structure: setting up stories and transforming them by artists. The stories are still coming from the fishermen's environment, from rescuers at sea, from foresters… A programme of education and artistic education is developed with the introduction of workshops for young people and all lovers of storytelling…
