Restaurant facing the channel offering themed menus according to the seasons in Capbreton.
Nathalie Mazeaud and Marc Buffet, for MB, welcome you to this pretty white house facing the channel. Sheltered from view, the large patio revolves around a magnificent plane tree with a gnarled trunk. Marc Buffet, a former assistant to Michelin-starred chef Guy Martin, gives himself carte blanche for the lunch menu, which is renewed every first Wednesday of the month. The chef also has fun devising seasonal theme menus: hunting, truffles, Christmas... A gastronomic address not to be missed! Reservations recommended.

Semi gastro, venus initialement pour déguster le menu truffes vu sur le site Web du MB, on nous indique que c'était exclusivement pour 5 jours, nous décidons de rester. Accueil et service très chaleureux. Entrée et plats raffinés. Nous avons dégusté le crémeux de topinambours foie gras suivi du suprême de cailles. Nous avons regretté que le dessert tartelette "moelleuse" au chocolat blanc / sorbet au cacao ne soit pas aussi raffiné, assez classique avec une tartelette très dure que l'un d'entre nous, n'a pas pu manger. Dommage qu'on nous ait pas demandé pourquoi elle était restée dans l'assiette.
