For Alexandra and Laurent, who spent time in the United States discovering craft breweries, the passion for this beverage was so strong that they decided to set up their own brewery. Here, they'll explain the very special work involved in creating beers with astonishing flavours, from white to brown, from carefully selected products. All malts, cereals and spices are organic. They brew a dozen different beers and limited editions. Forget industrial beers!

When Michelle, a pastry chef trained in Buanes (the stronghold of the tourtière), joined forces with her organic-minded son Simon, the result was the first organic tourtière in the Landes! Eggs from Castandet, blueberries from Bournos, armagnac from Ayzieu, vanilla from Madagascar, oil from Lectoure, prunes from Agen... All organic ingredients guarantee the unique flavor of this must-have dessert. While Michelle makes her specialities, Simon is busy selling them at local markets. Demonstrations take place all year round, by prior arrangement.

Syrups and marmalades from Patatxou, traditional Etxekoa sauces with Espelette peppers, liquid caramel with Armagnac blanche, teas and infusions from Kodama Paris, malossols from Maison Marc, Prince Noir de Biscay sausages, Micromégas beers, preserves of all kinds from Conservistes and Ferme de Brougnon.... There are many wonders to be found on the shelves, or rather in the wooden crates, of Saveurs de Bisca (Gourmand network). And what we love most about coming here are the tastings that start at breakfast!
