The castle (private property, open during the contemporary art meetings), was built at the confluence of the Gorre and Gorret rivers on a promontory in medieval times and then restored at various times. The partly paved road and the donkey-back bridge over the Gorre also date from the Middle Ages. 200 m from the village, in a picturesque site on the river, the sanctuary of Our Lady of Peace, composed of a grotto, a replica of the one in Lourdes, a chapel, paths punctuated with oratories and fountains, is the object of a constant pilgrimage, especially on Easter Monday, Whit Monday, August 15th and early September.
