Situated 33 km from Limpges, Oradour-sur-Vayres is part of the Périgord Limousin Regional Nature Park, where you can enjoy the 13 km La Voie verte des Hauts de Tardoire, built on an old railroad line that can be explored on foot or by bike, and which leads to the village of Chalus. The Church of Saint-Christophe, rebuilt at the end of the 19th century, features beautiful stained-glass windows. If you're lucky, you'll come across one of the town's famous healing fountains. The town organizes numerous events, including the Saint-Christophe festival (4 days and 4 nights!) on the last weekend of July.
