Old convent concocting a nostalgic cuisine based on selected meat.

Here, the setting is magnificent: the former convent has retained its large stone-pillared hall and imposing fireplace, where cooking takes place. On the plates, "nostalgic" cuisine of old-fashioned dishes generously served. Meat is carefully selected and served by weight (it is shown to you before being cooked in the fireplace). The side dishes are just as good: gratin, carrot mousseline... served in a casserole to keep warm. Surprising and delicious desserts: apple terrine with caramel, crème brûlée with chicory... An excellent address.

Le service tout comme la cuisine est digne des restaurants étoilés, avec mon fiancé nous nous demandions comment cela ce fait-il qu'ils n'ont toujours pas d'étoile.
