Après des démarches à n'en plus finir, j'obtiens enfin le bon de retour.
A réception de ce colis une dame , désagréable au possible, me rappelle pour me dire qu'ils refusaient le retour....au motif : produit cassé et sale...j'ai fait un test sur 2 m2 de carrelage.
Mon conseil juridique s'occupe de leur cas.
Ce genre de site devrait tout simplement être fermé au vu des nombreuses mauvaises expériences clients...c'est honteux!
