A colourful and animated appointment that, since 1992, has become a real institution. Every year more than 15 000 visitors roam the 200 exhibitors. During the year-end celebrations, the chapon (chicken, but also guinea fowl or quail) is obviously the star star. Award winning animals are sold by auction.
