Located on the Place du Champ de Foire, the Haut-Limousin tourist office is an inter-municipal office, covering the territories of Berneuil, Blanzac, Blond, Bussière-Boffy, Bussière-Poitevine, Cieux, Gajoubert, Mézières-sur-Issoire, Montrol-Sénard, Mortemart, Nouic, Peyrat-de-Bellac, Saint-Barbant, Saint-Bonnet-de-Bellac, Saint-Junien-des-Combes, Saint-Martial-sur-Isop and Saint-Ouen-sur-Gartempe. It provides information on tourist attractions, accommodation, outdoor activities and events in these communes. Nature: the Monts de Blond, the Gartempe valley. Culture: the Bellac national theater festival, the Nuits musicales de Cieux, the Villefavard farm and its auditorium. Another must-see: Bellac. The town of Bellac, named a "Village étape" in 2010, was the birthplace of Jean Giraudoux. Its church houses the oldest known reliquary in the region: a 12th-century enamelled shrine. In the town, visitors can also admire relics of the past, such as old tanneries and a medieval bridge.
