That's an appetizing name! Scheduled in December in the village of Sainte-Feyre, in partnership with the Tourist Office of the Grand Guéret, this event serves to promote the flavours of the department. Launched by the Sainte-Feyre Animation association, it is based around a gourmet lunch composed exclusively of local products. Once the meal is over, the rest of the day is dedicated to culinary demonstrations and meetings with local producers. Among the dishes they present are fresh and semi-cooked foie gras, white pudding with foie gras, fatty poultry, cheese, seasonal vegetables, mulled wine...

Seule foire au gras de Creuse, la foire de gras de Sainte Feyre est devenue incontournable. Programmée le premier ou deuxième dimanche de décembre dans la salle polyvalente Raymond Poulidor. Nombreux produits locaux parfois de très bonne qualité. Beaucoup de monde.
