Arrêt obligé à Tarnac (Corrèze)
Pour notre dernière soirée en Corrèze nous avons dîné a l'hôtel des Voyageurs et fait une vraie découverte ! Apres un petit amuse bouche avec l'apéritif, nos plats : duo de ris de veau et foie gras sauce myrtille et filet de canette et foie gras nous ont régalés. Pour couronner ce dîner nous avons terminé par le fondant au chocolat. Quand il est arrivé, nous l'avons trouvé "petit"... mais je n'avais jamais mangé un si bon fondant au chocolat !!!
