At the crossroads of the A20 and A89 motorways, Seilhac, a friendly village of 1,700 inhabitants, former county town, has long prospered around the horse trading industry. The Limousin cows have made it rich and it is not uncommon to still find large herds at the gates of the town. The Tullists appreciate to come to Seilhac for its pleasant lake allowing picnics, swimming and fishing. The Sunday market is always popular.
