HÔTEL LA RÉSERVE DE BRIVE
Establishment of character in neo-classical style with a restaurant with terraces.
From the restaurant square, one cannot fail to be charmed by this beautiful neo-classical-style building, whose pediment engraved with the restaurant's name reflects the bourgeois architecture of Brive. The façade work begun in the fall of 2014 should restore the splendour of this beautiful residence. Here, the cuisine is traditional, prepared with fresh produce from local producers, and is renewed every season. The chef, who likes to work on emulsions, shows great attention in the presentation of dishes. The "classic" menus offer you, among other things, a soft pumpkin soup with ceps, a Meyssac lamb mouse with garlic cream, a honey and walnut pie. There is also a "All lobster" menu for lovers of this shellfish. Le Chapon Fin consists of two large bright dining rooms and two terraces, one of which overlooks one of the most beautiful wooded parks in the Cité gaillarde. The service is fast and discreet.
L'accueil est agréable, le petit déjeuner très correct et le repas du soir dans le cadre de la soirée étape de bonne qualité.
Services not pleasant and meal not very appetising. Unfortunately, it is no longer standing and quality which existed in the former owner
