We are well received, the atmosphere is lounge, chic and relaxed. The restaurant has two comfortable rooms on the ground floor, a room with a bar, for groups on the first floor, and a very pleasant terrace at the back of the building. Stéphane Cisterne likes to combine French and world cuisine to create neat dishes with contemporary flavours. The chef does a large part of his shopping with very serious local producers, so the quality is there. There is the lunch formula, a "Living" menu and the "Tasting" based on more noble ingredients. The choice is difficult because the suggestions, revisited classics, strongly appeal to the taste buds. The result is up to the promises and this table is a great success. With more than 160 wine appellations and a friendly selection of spirits, the cellar is also an asset of this beautiful establishment.
