You will find everywhere in France this award, 100 restaurants La Boucherie in France and internationally. La Boucherie has developed a new concept of restoration, on the principle of the brewery. With servers holding butcher, you are immediately in the atmosphere, the places are aimed at meat lovers. The place is declining in all its forms: rib, tender, box, box of the butcher, and for the purists, the traditional marrow bone. Chopped steak fans between two slices of bread will be offered a wide choice of hamburgers: traditional, fondant, savoureux or maquignon. You will also find the tartars menu and salads in a bistro atmosphere.

The owner is friendly and advises his guests very well. The dishes are traditional with local specialties, however the price seems to me a bit high.
