The Dufour family has chosen to plant three varieties of walnut trees, as each one has its advantages: the Corne is the oldest variety with a delicious taste, the Franquette is another old variety, with a delicate flavour perfect for pastries and the Lara is a recent variety, delicious as a fresh walnut.
