A friendly, well-located bar-brasserie-PMU, right next to the Puy Marmont stallion stables and facing the château. The establishment stands out for its terrace, which "overflows" under the square's plane trees. It's the ideal place to stop off after a visit to the stud farm or an equestrian event. You can enjoy a croque-monsieur, a shish kebab, a gourmet salad, a salmon-goat-tomato tartine, a prime rib steak or the daily special, which varies according to the market. The pizzas can be eaten on the spot, of course, but can also be taken away. For a coffee break, we recommend - horse country obliges - the café pur sang, which is in fact a coffee accompanied by a mini-crème brûlée and a brownie. Good value for money.
