The best pizzeria in the Conflent! We are not the ones who say it, but the locals, and they are not mistaken. Two secrets to success: a love of the profession and a love of good food. This restores a little the image of the pizzaiolo profession. Tourist friends walking around the Conflent, here you can taste everything with your eyes closed. And for good reason, the products are of high quality: the ham comes from Bonzom in Cerdanya, the vegetables from a local and organic producer, the cheese from the farmers of the valley. Everything is in short circuit and if possible in organic agriculture... at a very reasonable price. You will have the choice between the restaurant on the ground floor or the beautiful terrace on the first floor surrounded by century-old stone walls. The boss is a real pro of cooking and pizzas (you can admire the rewards hanging on the walls), a real purist crazy in love with "eating well and healthy". In the shade of the ramparts, we simply enjoyed ourselves.
