When her father passed away, Élise took over the reins of this Catalan institution and gave it a little facelift. The Domaine de Rombeau restaurant is located in Rivesaltes, in the heart of the Domaine's former wine cellars. In an atypical setting, it welcomes you all year round for lunch or dinner. The menu features a variety of starters, fish and shellfish dishes, meat dishes, vine shoots grills and desserts. Salad with fresh Sylvestre goat's cheese, roasted lobster, fillet of bass and chocolate fondant will make your mouth water.
