The Faubourg is back on track. Leave the stream of tourists and come and discover this district and its beautiful esplanade facing the beach and the castle of Collioure. A handful of restaurateurs have chosen to win back visitors by offering authentic, local cuisine. At Can Pla, the south is in the spotlight, Catalonia but also all of Spain. We like the diversity of the tapas and the dishes which will awake your papillae: octopus with Galician style, fresh clams, cod back with sobresada, lamb chop with thyme, mel i mato... a delight!

Très bon restaurant personnel et dirigeant très sympathique
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant, pour sa qualité des produits, et un plus les repas sont chaud et n'ont tièdes comme certains restaurants, je les félicite tous et leurs dis à très bientôt avec le tout petit chien

Excellent restaurant. Les tapas étaient fraîches et authentiques. La paella (sur commande) : une merveille. Une des meilleures que j’ai mangées.

Simple, sympa et savoureux ! Cet établissement vaut le détour. L’accueil y est chaleureux. Friture de poissons très bien. Calamars grillés extras. Crème catalane magnifiquement préparée. Ici la cuisine est réalisée avec cœur de la cheffe patronne du restaurant.. Le tout avec un Manya Puig 2019. Et voici un superbe dîner à prix modéré ! Nous reviendrons nous régaler !
