As from the end of the th century, the gorges of the Tarn were already one of the high places of tourism in France, and the Lozériens adapted immediately to this new economic data. This was the case of Jean-Yves Chmiel's great grandfather, who opened the establishment in 1900. Its descent perpetuates tradition by serving traditional cuisine year round. In addition to the classic salads, you will taste the family dishes, such as the feuilleté of goats and honey, the sauté of olive can, delicious, or a Aubrac's pavement and to finish a chestnut soft, all on a beautiful sunny terrace.

Mon fils a eu 2 fois en 5 min son verre de sirop servi avec des mouches mortes.
Plat du jour immangeable !!!
J’étais choqué de la où nous étions placés j’ai vu que tout sort du micro-onde , viande bouillie infecte et très forte en goût et odeur!!
L’aligot n’était pas terrible non plus ! Je n’ai pas touché mon plat du tout … mais ça ne les a pas interpellé !
Restaurant rempli de mouches !!
Le seul point positif, un serveur très sympathique, qui est venu donner un coup de main pour la journée !
