On the edge of the Château de Carrière park, the Auberge is housed in the estate's former stables, a sort of Petit Trianon in Lozère style. Sarah and Hugo have recently taken over this place, dedicated to the pleasures of the palate, in a very contemporary and chic spirit. The menu changes regularly, as chef Hugo works exclusively with fresh produce and offers delicious bistronomic cuisine. Starters include a tiramisu with Lozère boletus mushrooms, followed by Tichit pork belly, served to delight your taste buds.
