Petit Futé's opinion on LE CHÂTEAU DE CONDRES

Less than 2 km after the village, a narrow narrow road climbs up to the plateau and arrives at the castle of Condres, a fine example of architecture in the Middle Ages. The austere façade of the th century kept its defensive character. Inside, it has undergone many changes to become a comfortable residence in the th century. The latest work undertaken has led to the discovery of beautiful painted ceilings. It can be visited from June to the end of September by appointment (guided tours) and on the occasion of Heritage days.
