The village has preserved very little evidence of its past: the monastery and its keep, the ramparts and the posterns have completely disappeared. But the church, built in the 12th century, still seems to crouch down to offer less of a catch for the wind; only its massive square bell tower stands out. The church still has wall paintings and an ancient granite baptistery decorated with a Maltese cross. Although badly damaged, these 15th-century frescoes clearly depict the Crucifixion and the four Evangelists. From the village, there are 2 hiking trails: one leads to a small Roman bridge, the other to Echine-de-l'Ase, as its name suggests.
