Created in 1994 as part of the French Cycling Federation (FFCT), Cyclo Club Mendois aims to promote cycling tourism. Outings are organized on Lozère roads on Saturday afternoons and weekdays (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). The club also offers a number of pleasant rides. The club was behind the creation of the Lozère tour, which covers 600 km and 9,600 m of ascent in 6 stages.
