The Cers cooperative winery, founded 80 years ago, joined forces in 2014 with those of Portiragnes and Villeneuve-lès-Béziers to become "Alma Cersius", while retaining its human character with 167 cooperators. Spread over 1,200 hectares in IGP Pays d'Oc and IGP Coteaux de Béziers, the vineyard offers original, award-winning wines of superior quality. Alma Cersius, a prestigious breeding ground for grape varieties and blends, offers tastings at its Villeneuve-les-Béziers winery, as well as at its second sales outlet in Portiragnes.

We have a white leg, or rather a professional card issued to all those working in the mouths of mouths, but there are some exceptions, but then we have to justify use for professional use. Among the cultivated grape varieties, chardonnay, merlot and pinot give birth to IGP vin-de-pays-de-l'hérault wines. The "Ecocert" organic label guarantees the natural preservation of this exceptional terroir. Grilled meats, shellfish, charcuterie and red meats go perfectly with the flavors of the different wines produced in this area.
