DOMAINE LE NOUVEAU MONDE
Read moreThe estate owes its beautiful name to the writer Henry de Montfred, when it was still an "end of the world". Jacques Gauch and his daughter Anne-Laure devote themselves to it with passion. As if by osmosis, this rich land, made up of marine sands (the part of the vineyard that produces Vin de Pays d'Oc) and gravelly Villafranchian soils (AOC Terrasses de Béziers), has passed on their love of vines. In 17 years, the owners have replanted more than three-quarters of the 25-hectare vineyard. It is mainly composed of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
