A superb Italian-style theater listed as a Historic Monument and a national stage since 1994, the Molière Theater offers a well-stocked cultural season of multiple artistic forms: theater, dance, song, classical or contemporary music, opera, shows for young audiences, contemporary circus... But also festive events, meetings with the artists, training courses and backstage visits. In short, there is something for all tastes and all ages.

Lovers of French song and of the Georges Brassens years - emblematic figure of the Singular Island - here is a place to sing his great classics in a friendly atmosphere. The evening begins with a projection of photos on a musical background, followed by a film where we find the artists of the time. At the table, we savor some grilled meats, we toast warmly, then comes the show, a tribute to Brassens by local performers.

The Cabaret is the most Parisian of the cabarets in the South of France. In an intimate and cosy setting, with a background of jazzy sounds, you are faced with a wild ballet of transformers, creatures of dreams and dancers. For more than two hours, all the magic of the cabarets is offered to you. On the menu, the chef proposes a gourmet salad with local foie gras, chicken fondant with porcini mushrooms, a piglet loin confit with honey, a delightful snail dish with a cheese duo, a red fruit swirl... Everything is gathered to spend a pleasant evening.

Foryoung and old, the Théâtre de Poche is an eclectic and dynamic place, which presents a multitude of shows: puppets, theater, storytelling, humor, musical cabaret, concert... You can come with your family to enjoy a creative interlude, to see an exhibition, and you can even participate in theatrical workshops. It is a space full of charm, which will amaze and make laugh the public of any age. Please note that the Théâtre de Poche is very small, so it is important to make reservations.

On the banks of the Place Aristide Briand, this cinema has three theaters showing art house films, young audience screenings and original version movies. This establishment also takes part in local events and festivals by proposing special projections, meetings, animations... During the summer, we particularly appreciate the Cinema of the Sea, at the Theater of the Sea, where the cinemas of Sete propose projections under the stars: a magic moment around the seventh art.

On the avenue in front of the train station, there is a second cinema in Sète: Le Nouveau Palace. At this address, the program focuses on films for all audiences, blockbusters, sometimes with 3D glasses. One comes here to discover the latest blockbuster with friends or family. Inside, several rooms have been completely renovated to improve the comfort of spectators. Everyone can enjoy a great time with reasonably priced tickets. Perfect for an afternoon with the kids.

Here is a good idea for anyone who wants to spend a stay in Sète all in song! Thanks to well-crafted concert dinners, you can feast your taste buds, but also your eyes! Without being extraordinary, the menu is appropriate and leaves the choice between four starters, four main courses and four desserts that oscillate between land and seafood flavours. We chose a Sète tielle, a salmon steak and an apple pie. As for the show, it begins with the screening of a film about Brassens' time. Then an artist comes on stage and sings the main songs of great French variety singers: obviously Georges Brassens, but also Jacques Brel, Georges Moustaki...
