Jean Laurent has been running this charming hotel for a few years now. Located between Les Halles and the Canal Royal, this is the ideal place to discover the city and its typical neighborhoods. The hotel is composed of 12 rooms in total, moreover, it has recently enjoyed a second life. Simple and charming, the rooms are very comfortable, 7 of them overlook the pedestrian street. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and TV. Restaurants and other shops are just a few steps away, making it the perfect place to enjoy all the amenities of the city center. Prices are more than affordable, the reception is very friendly, it feels like in a family.

A small inexpensive hotel whose location is ideal for visiting Sète walk. The rooms overlook a quiet pedestrian street. The room was quite spacious, we could have 2 double beds when we were only two people. The cleanliness of the rooms are very decent, the carpet in the staircase is however less attractive. The bedding is not great comfort but is decent. In short, an establishment with a reasonable prices for decent services, it is what I sought!

arrive Saturday has sete, we wanted a hotel inexpensive in the centre, we decided that there, our first impression was not forcing good, given the staircase, with wall-to-wall carpets use very old-fashioned, a touch that was reflected in the room, number 8, which overlook the street, spacious room, linen propren bathroom separated from the toilet, clean, lack of savona and gel douchen hot water with mall has to come, double glazing not really comfortable, we have course our neighbour room play on the telephone a good part of evening, and its lovemaking early in the morning, so very bad phonic islation, however for €40 that has is enough to us, it is ideally located, directions very friendly, I would undoubtedly come back for a night or two

le patron est très chaleureux, accueillant et attentionné. Les chambre sont sympathique avec un grand placard, bien insonorisées et très propre. Le coin salle de bain/WC était dans la chambre et non en commun. Rapport qualité / prix très bon!
