An address offering a cuisine of sea products in Sète.
In just a few months, it has become a reference address for these Polissons, which must be deserved in view of its location. Moam is a chef who has travelled in Guadeloupe and elsewhere. He settled there in 2018. The specialty is homemade cassoulet. But since he's been in Sète, it's mostly line-raised bluefin tuna, that fish from the sea. Lobster, lobster and cicadas, shrimps from the open sea.
