Restaurant with terrace a few steps from the Halles de Sète offering a cuisine based on fresh produce.
Gigi in the kitchen and Thierry in the dining room welcome you with a smile in this small restaurant with a nice atmosphere, paintings on the walls and a small terrace on the street. With fresh products, they propose a menu with local colors: you can start with a tomato tartar and mackerel escabeche, octopus mille-feuille or a breaded camembert with poppy and honey. We continue with cuttlefish a la plancha, stuffed mussels, a butcher's piece with shallot sauce or a rouille sétoise. Tatin or chocolate moelleux for dessert: the menu is classic and gourmet.

Très sympa!
Petit resto derrière la mairie, près des Halles. Nous avons pris le menu de base, simple mais très bon, et la tatin du Thautem en dessert était un régal. De plus, l'accueil était très agréable. Je recommande!

Je conseille vivement ce resto Le Thautem. Leur cuisine est exquise. Vous ne serez pas déçu!
