Read moreThis family estate, founded in 1997 by Béatrice and Bernard Nivollet, is located in the Languedoc "Grés de Montpellier" and Languedoc "Pézenas" appellations, in a typically Mediterranean climate. Inspired by their Burgundian culture, the Nivollet family built up their vineyard through the gradual acquisition of plots, giving rise to the Blanville mono-parcels. Their Languedoc palette is dominated by Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan for the reds, and Marsanne, Roussane, Sauvignon, Rolle and Viognier for the whites.
