Casa Gourmet Catering offers Spanish specialties, with traditional recipes handed down from mother to son. You can order the preparation of dishes and menus for a special event or pick up your paella to take away from the Saturday market. The specialty of the house is the paella fideuà land and sea, a recipe from the Spanish Mediterranean coast. This festive dish is based on pasta instead of the rice usually used in paella, and for the filling you can choose between the meat, chorizo or royal formula.

Winery

Philippe Rustan is the last winemaker to grow, vinify, mature and bottle his wine in Poussan. Since 1998, he has been producing and maturing his wines at the foot of the Moure hills, on clay-limestone soils. Some of his vines were planted in 1918 by his great grandfather. Here, he does not use chemicals, he harvests by hand, he makes wine in barrels for a long time and in the traditional way: an agriculture that respects the environment. Activities are sometimes offered at the farmhouse.

Jérôme, artisan butcher, concocts pork rillettes from Lozère that earned him the Hérault Gourmand trophy in 2015.
