An umpteenth pizzeria, it is true, but this one is worth the detour! You will surely find an authentic taste of Italy in such pizzas. Elaborated according to the Italian traditional recipe, the pasta is kneaded on the spot and worked with barehand. They are composed with very good quality and fresh ingredients: Charal beef, meats and poultries that are exclusively from French or E.U., mozzarella with 100% raw milk, charcuteries and Italian AOC cheeses and cut on the spot. It is unquestionably tasty and at least here the address does not always serve the same pizzas! You will find some with mozzarella di buffala (Dolce Vita), artichoke hearts for the Vendetta, or roast chicken for the Looping or the pin-up. And if after all that you are still hungry, the sweet pizza is also effective. Buon appetito.
