A true institution in the heart of the city, 1789 is a small culinary revolution. The restaurant seduces gourmets thanks to its three distinct areas: the sheltered terrace, the main room and the lounge bar in the basement. Gourmands particularly enjoy dining under the beautiful vaults of the house, very typical of the Ecusson area. Above all, they are delighted to discover a modern seasonal cuisine orchestrated by Chef Nicolas. His recipes are based on local recipes and are offered with or without truffles, the house specialty.
