Romain and Thibaud Poulards - two passionate and exciting brothers - opened their bistro-rotisserie in the rue du Faubourg-du-Courreau. While the decor of the establishment subtly combines industrial and vintage styles, it has retained the charm of the history of the place by preserving the sausage hooks of the former butcher's shop as well as a few photos of the activity. On the plates, it is pleasure and generosity in all its forms: chicken casserole, roast chicken, marrow bones, pig's trotter, kidneys...

Open Monday lunchtime; Tuesday to Saturday at lunch and dinner time. Coffee from 7:30 am (8:30 am on Saturday). A la carte menu: about €32. Terrace.
