A mitigated try for M by MHR, the brandnew and very beautiful brasserie of the Altrad Stadium in Montpellier opened last August. Let us not say that we kick into touch on this field, you will cross the 22 metre line with a full stomach, but we leave the ground with a "flavourless" taste. Beautiful view and simple decor and elegant for this place which wants to be resolutely fashionable with its industrial style, modern, movable loft spirit and accessories in leather, wood and iron which confers it a noble and purified trend, in the image of Rugby, a male's image. Large windows bring warmth and light to this restaurant of two floors with more than 300 seats. As for the à la carte menu, the melting suckling pig is seducing, presented in its juice and accompanied by roasted new potatoes, or a crusty duck with Sichuan pepper. The dish is generous, the flavours are missing! But perhaps you will prefer the M BY MHR burger in an offensive tackle way or the beef tartare cut with knife, fresh French fries and toasted slices of bread with marrow. Fish lovers will not be left behind because the chef, Gilles, offers a Top 14 fish and chips, which is rather sympathetic. And for the large men who would still have room, a revisited Poire belle Hélène or the with the chocolate and caramel coulant that do not break three legs to a player but will satisfy your appetite. At the time of the aperitif or the dinner, the place is friendly and of course with a third half-time mood!
