Vintage plate 2020

L'Art Local is the new gastronomic showcase of the region. Opened last spring, the Port Marianne neighborhood restaurant celebrates local products and the talented producers who make them. At its head, Stéphane Chandelier and Gabin Constant advocate a home-made cuisine based on seasonality, so that the dishes on the board change according to the arrivals. For example: leek and chicken quiche with fresh herbs, muge filet from Grau-du-Roi, green asparagus risotto from Mauguio with virgin sauce, poultry sausage from M. Pourthier... The portions are rich, the service friendly and the prices accessible to all. An excellent surprise to discover.

Un super restaurant !
Ce restaurant est vraiment top ! Ils utilisent des produits locaux, les plats sont raffinés, le personnel adorable, le cadre très sympa.. Bref, tout y est ! Un incontournable du quartier Port Marianne.

Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Une carte restreinte synonyme de qualité. Des produits authentiques en circuit court. Une touche d'originalité et d'humour au menu. Mes papilles se sont délectées des saveurs subtiles y compris dans la préparation des fraises. A ce sujet, les gourmands qui ne sauront quel dessert choisir pourront se laisser tenter par "Le café de la faim". Plus qu' un café gourmand traditionnel, vous aurez tous les desserts de la carte en belle quantité avec un café. Le restaurant offre un cadre intérieur et extérieur super. La cuisine est visible depuis la salle. Gage d une hygiène irréprochable. Bravo au chef et à son équipe.

J'y ai mangé ce soir et franchement cette adresse est extra! Les plats sont savoureux et fait avec des produits frais et locaux. En plus le service est vraiment agreable avec des petites histoires pour chaque plat. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant!
