The Château St-Jean-d'Aumières is nestled in a green setting on the high hills overlooking the Hérault gorges. Vianney and Émilie acquired it in 2012 and have since restored it to its former glory. With their team, they develop beautiful references from the Terrasses du Larzac terroir. On this PDO recognized since 2014, they work with a variety of grape varieties: syrah, grenache noir, cinsault, mourvèdre and the emblematic carignan, a typical Languedoc grape.
