A small town near Roujan, Gabian owes his reputation to the oil that the commune was exploiting for a long year. Instead, Foun de l 'Ouli, you can still see the remains of this unique production in the department. From its rich past, this village of nearly 700 souls preserved its grain mills, acquired by individuals, the fountain old square dating back to 1760, that of the Place Neuve of 1850, and of course a church, Saint-Julien of the twelfth century, curiously embedded in the remains of the ramparts. By strolling in its alleys do not hesitate to raise your head to discover the windows and Romanesque doors.
