Pierre and Stéphanie offer adults and children the opportunity to discover the underwater treasures of Les Aresquiers. This plateau is full of common Mediterranean species (octopus, sars, sea breams...), as well as rarer specimens for the region such as moray eels, groupers, étrilles, and crustaceans. Several formulas are available: first dive, exploration trip, diver training, first aid adapted to diving. On site, you will also find a rental service for diving equipment. This family pool welcomes young and old, beginners and experienced swimmers, schoolchildren and clubs of the agglomeration all year round. It is equipped with a large 25 m sports pool, with swimming lanes for swimming and a section dedicated to free swimming. Supervised by a team of lifeguards, it is the scene of daily swimming lessons or aquagym sessions. On sunny days, the roof can be partially opened.

Tchico, Karlo, Taïga or Lily are dromedaries who live in Frontignan and invite you on their backs for a ride through the Gardiole. This unusual activity offers superb views of the sea, the Aresquiers woods, the salt marshes, the vineyards... Committed to agritourism and the preservation of its environment, this camel farm also offers training courses, coaching and educational workshops for young and old. As an added bonus, you can treat yourself to a sweet homemade soap made from camel milk, and meet some endearing animals.

Accessible all year round to children attending school in Frontignan la Peyrade, the sailing school is open to all during the summer season. Sports activities are offered for young and old alike: sailing, diving, canoeing, windsurfing, optimist, cruising, stand-up paddle, as well as fitness, yoga, zumba... Free or reduced-price activities are offered during the day or at night, for a summer full of outdoor sensations.

Kitesurf, stand-up paddle, wing surf, foil, wake... In this multi-slide school there is something for everyone, from gentle and fun activities to thrilling outings. Experienced instructors accompany beginners, intermediates and advanced in their sports practices in the form of courses, private lessons or supervised sailing. It is also possible to rent equipment. Note that the center offers paddle aperitif rides at sunset: an unusual moment that combines a walk on the pond and wine tasting.

Tramontana windsurf is a mobile windsurfing school. Thierry and Pierre, the mobile instructors, move around according to the wind and weather. In summer, these two enthusiasts set up on the banks of the Etang d'Ingril to pass on their windsurfing knowledge to holidaymakers. In French or English, beginner or advanced, you can join them for windsurfing, windsurf foiling and stand-up paddling lessons, individual or group, or even a training course.
