The Benedictine people of Maguelone were the first to plant vines on the estate in 1229. Subsequently, from the th to the th century, the Roque family, the family name of the castle, cultivates the vine and develops the craft crafts. In September 2006, Jacques Figuette settled on a land of course shaped as an amphitheatre, which promotes a mature maturity of mourvèdre, syrah and Grenache. The three colours are: red and rosé, under the appellation-du-Languedoc cru-Saint-Loup. To discover: in red the Cuvée Numismae 2005, high 18 months in the barrel, very deep, with persistent notes of wood fruits, also spent on wood, the white Cuvée Clos des Benedictine.
